NB – Vendors MUST check the MOUTHS of ALL sheep and any FAULT or DISCREPANCY must be disclosed, e.g. – If any Sheep is showing more than 2 Broad Teeth for each year of age, this must be disclosed or the Purchaser may refuse to take delivery of such a Sheep, provided notice is given to the Auctioneers within one hour of the close of the day’s Sale. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that any animals destined for the food chain are outwith any withdrawal period. This includes antibiotics, anthelmintics or sheep dip that the seller may have given prior to sale No lots can leave the market without a pass slip being issued by the main office
