Conditions of sale 1. All sheep will be sold under the Conditions of Sale of the Livestock Auctioneers Association. 2. All sheep will be sold in guineas (105 pence) and a commission of 5.2% will be charged on all sheep sold. 3. A Society levy of 2% will be charged on all sheep sold. 4. All sheep must be registered with the Official Breed Society – Dutch Spotted Sheep GB & Ireland Sheep Society. Pedigree certificates must accompany the entry form. 5. All sheep must has official ear tattoos or tags and also be tagged in accordance with the relevant DEFRA regulations. The Vendors shall be responsible for the correctness of identity. 6. All sheep forward for sale will be subject to a Breed Society Inspection. The decision of the inspection will be final and any animal failed, will be removed from the sale and forfeit any entry fee.
