Nikhil Tanawade is the owner of Future Guide for Kids, an NGO that aims at providing support to adoptive families and counseling kids in order to help them grow in their career. Since his college time at Delhi University, Nikhil Ramakant Tanawade loved helping people and this made him start his own NGO.
Holding a Masters degree in counselling, Nikhil Tanawade is attached with 5 NGOs apart from his own Future Guide for Kids since 2000. He started his own NGO 16 years ago while simultaneously doing a job.
