Since his childhood, Nikhil Tanawade always wanted to help people in need but didn’t have enough resources to do so. Post his graduation from Delhi University in 1996, he went on to pursue Master of Arts in Counseling from Sikkim Manipal University, in order to provide better counseling to the needy. He has now become a professional social worker.

Nikhil Tanawade now conducts home studies, provides post-placement supervision, support, and counseling through his NGO (Future Guide for Kids). Nikhil Tanawade is Owner of NGO (Future Guide for Kids) Before moving to how to become a social worker let’s first understand what is social work and the roles and responsibilities associated with it.
