A UNIQUE INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL
Kermess, Nido’s largest and most popular event, is only a few weeks away!
More than 4.000 people from our school and beyond attend this international festival, an opportunity to learn more about the culture and cuisine of many of the countries that make up our community.
Funds raised through Kermess 2025 directly support the 2025-2026 Nido Annual Fund, helping bring to life innovative, creative, and inclusive projects across our school. This year ’ s initiatives include new STEM and robotics experiences, upgrades to makerspaces and art displays, a wider selection of books in multiple languages, Changemakers events that inspire global thinking, and expert talks that strengthen our community’s support for all learners. Every booth, meal, and raffle ticket helps make these opportunities possible for our students.

WHAT ARE COUNTRY BOOTHS?
During Kermess, you will enjoy a day of fun and learning about the diverse cultures represented by our community. There will be 24 booths serving food and drinks from all participating countries, all decorated and run by our wonderful Nido families.
WHAT IS THE PARADE OF NATIONS?
Nido kicks off Kermess with a fun parade to celebrate the incredible mix of cultures that make our school exceptional. We currently have 48 different nationalities represented at Nido! Dress in your country's colors and traditional dress, bring your flag and your family and friends to represent your country!

PARKING
Nido families, staff, and other attendees can park free of charge at the ex-Vacunatorio La Dehesa (Av. El Rodeo 12.500, Lo Barnechea). Free shuttle buses will run to and from Nido every 5 minutes from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., and Nido security will be present at this parking lot.
In addition, Zentrum will provide four vehicles to complement the shuttle service, giving families the option to choose between the buses and premium cars.
Nido’s on-campus parking lot will be open only to official volunteers with free tickets, staff working at the Kermess, and vendors.
Families can drop off or pick up people in the designated area by the Guardhouse. Visit nido.cl/kermess for more information.
