How It Works:
You send us your requested Name Drop to use on our bestselling adult tees, youth tees, and hoodies— and then we send you your own custom apparel! Represent your local pride for your city/state, business name, or even your favorite point of interest, park, or trail.
The Specifics:
• Name Drop fits up to 20 characters, including spaces
• No symbols—but ampersands, periods, dashes, and commas are allowed
• 72 Piece MOQ per customization/per design
• Front-only designs
• We cannot reproduce copyrighted, trademarked, or unauthorized artwork without permission

• Adult tees available in two different levels of quality
• KNW care label neck printing
• Add UPC sticker
How To Order:
Each customization is placed on one order. If you want three different cities in Texas, then you need to place three separate orders. Each order must meet the minimum order quantity. The customization must be listed in the order exactly as it needs to be printed. We will print what is provided in the order notes. For example: HOUSTON, TEXAS or HOUSTON, TX. We will print what is provided.
Each customization is placed in the LINE ITEM NOTES in MarketTime for the first item on the order—or the customization will not transfer.
Minimum 72 shirts per design; you can select the sizes. Order Lead Time: 3–4 weeks after art approval.
Bundles:
Under each shirt, you’ll see a bundle option. You can either order shirt sizes individually or select a pre-set bundle. Each bundle includes a set mix of S, M, L, and XL sizes.

Terms & Conditions
Payment
Terms are prepaid until credit is awarded. We accept all major credit cards, certified checks, and money orders. We do not believe in finance charges, but we do ask that you adhere to terms awarded.
New Accounts
All first orders must be prepaid with a credit card or certified check. Please provide a company reference sheet complete with bank information to apply for open credit. Payment history is considered when approving credit limit increases. Initial orders must be paid before a second order will be shipped. All accounts must be current before additional orders will be shipped.

Damage Claims & Order Discrepancies
Despite our quality-assurance efforts, damages can occur in production or transit. Please open and inspect your merchandise promptly. Claims of shortage or damage must be made within 10 business days of receipt of shipment. No credit will be given for used products or products that have been stickered with retail price tags. Past Due Accounts
Accounts with a balance of 90 days past due or more will be sent to collections. Once sent to collections, all merchandise must be prepaid.

All orders are shipped FedEx Ground or by truck unless otherwise instructed.
Backorders
Backorders of $50 or under will be canceled. Backorders of $50 or more will be charged freight.
