The goal of this study was to understand the need for the restoration of a William Enston Home center piece, Memorial Hall. The study covers work that has been done to the structure and what still needs to be done in order to make the building structurally sound for inhabiting. I also studied ways to make the building ADA Accessible to give the Charleston Housing Authority a purpose to raise funds to revitalize the structure and potentially gain funds to better the surrounding community.
