All cattle will sell with the ability to pass required health test(s) for delivery anywhere in North America. Cattle will sell under the standard terms & conditions put forward by each breeder. These are available upon request.

RETAINED GENETICS

Every live lot to sell through the gathering, will be subject to the Breeder retaining the right to one successful flush 6 grade 1 embryos at the breeders cost and buyers convenience. Unless additional genetic interest terms are stated in the catalog or over the block at time of sale.

EMBRYOS

All embryos will have the same standard guarantee when implanted and verified by a certified vet. Unless stated otherwise

RIGHT TO FLUSH

This provides the opportunity for the buyer to make a mating of their choice on said donor. They will be responsible for all semen and donor related costs, they are also responsible to any additional health costs to meet export regulations of frozen embryos.

When we decided to flush Fladeland Katie 5K our first choice was RWG Just Too Cool J416 ET. We felt these two would compliment each other so well by maintaining the strong udder quality on both sides along with combining the power and mass of JTC with the elegance and style of Katie. These two full flush sibs are very similar in type and kind since they are upheaded, deep bodied, stout and very eye appealing. A few highlights in this pedigree is their granddam the proven donor SLC Parkland 31E ET whose progeny have excelled in so many ways. Along with SLC Outback 142X and Fladeland Element 21E who have consistently produced high end offspring who show up in many pedigrees and have excelled in make some fantastic females. The credit value must be earned and spent each year of eligibility or the credit value is lost. The credit provides the ability to bid on and purchase a female from any of the consignors, not just the same consignor you purchased your original female from. The age of female is also not limited, the purchase can be on heifer calves, or any bred females and shown as breds or cow-calf pairs the following calendar years.
