Deborah Allen has been ecstatically married to Bishop Glen Allen Sr. for over twenty-two years. She is the mother of six children. She currently serves as Senior Pastor of Lighthouse Apostolic Ministries of God Church for the last twenty years. Deborah Allen also holds the office of Executive Director of the nonprofit organization, L.A.M. Ministries Inc. This office of Executive Director was the door and instrument that brought her into the childcare field. Millionaire childcare coach, Deborah Allen, RMA, CDA is an entrepreneur at heart. She has successfully owned, operated, and was the director of Little Lights Childcare and Learning Center. This facility had operated for ten years and generated revenue of about 2 million in sales. Being propelled and shifted into a different area of the vision Deborah Allen was led to close the childcare center. Dr. Akeia Simmons is a renowned motivational speaker. She received her bachelor’s degree in Business Management, master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, and obtained her doctoral degree in Business Administration. She is currently a Project Manager at Center for Business Solutions, where she aids the world’s largest business in changing their culture by maximizing leadership potential. With an intense desire to live a life above reproach, Dr. Simmons fought against numerous battles that contradicted her pursuit. From the fight to overcome the numerous personality defects that plagued her soul to the addictions, which began as an adolescent, a warrior was developed. During her childhood struggles, a compelling aspiration to reach out to those who were bound was birthed. This desire continued to build until ultimately Born
Battle Ready was born. This God-given assignment is to awaken generals in each generation and train them for kingdom combat.
