Welcome to Quadrants, North Houston District’s quarterly newsletter. We are excited to announce the Parks Master Plan in this edition and share several underway projects. Maintaining and expanding parks and trails is a cornerstone of our work, and, as such, the District recently completed a year-long process of developing the 2023 Parks Master Plan. From the plan, and in partnership with the U.S. Soccer Foundation, Houston Dynamo, and Houston Dash, a new mini-pitch soccer facility is in the works and will be ready for play by June 2024. We enjoyed monumental progress with our Gateway Program over the summer, and National Night Out is just around the corner.
