And here’s a little secret that isn’t really a secret: this is the 40th anniversary of the NFR in Las Vegas.
We have a series of epic events and celebrations that will take over our city Dec. 4-13—actually, beginning Dec. 3, when the Downtown Hoedown takes over Fremont Street Experience. The Hoedown is the o cial kick o of what we believe is an annual country & Western lifestyle festival that unfolds in the city that glitters.

There are elevators at all three entrances, as well as escalators at the Main Entrance and The Cowboy Channel Bar Entrance. The Wrangler National Finals Rodeo® has three (3) entrances into the Thomas & Mack Center. Doors Open: 4 p.m. – Cowboy Corral and The Cowboy Channel Bar Entrances 4:15 p.m. – Main Entrance
METAL DETECTORS
During the NFR, metal detectors will be utilized at all entrances. This feature will provide an additional safety measure for all attending rodeo fans. Please arrive a few minutes earlier than normal to navigate through this process.
CLEAR BAG POLICY
A Clear Bag Policy is in e ect all ten (10) performances of the NFR. A bag check will be available, for a fee, for non-approved items located before entering the metal detectors near The Cowboy Channel Bar entrance.
TICKETING
The Wrangler NFR utilizes mobile tickets. Season ticket holders were given the option to receive mobile tickets OR printed “hard” tickets. To access mobile tickets, please log into your My NFR Account by visiting the NFR App or Tickets.NFRexperience.com. For ease of access, we highly encourage saving the mobile ticket(s) to your digital wallet prior to arriving at the Thomas & Mack Center. Please be aware a screenshot or printed copy of the mobile ticket will NOT be accepted. Prevent ticket theft by not sharing your barcode via social media or text. Need tickets? Please visit StubHub, the O cial Fan-To-Fan Marketplace for the NFR. NFR Access ONLY tickets are also available for purchase by visiting NFRexperience.com.
TRANSPORTATION
Parking is available but very limited and costs $30 per vehicle per performance. NFR Express, the o cial shuttle bus of the Wrangler NFR, is the preferred method of transportation from one of our sponsor hotel properties to the Thomas & Mack Center. Please refer to the back cover of this Fan Guide for the complete shuttle route and schedule or visit NFRexperience.com for any updates.
RIDESHARE
The Rideshare pick up and drop o location will be in the Scarlet Lot to the south of the Thomas & Mack Center, adjacent to the parking garages. There will be directional signage and a walkway leading to and from the area.
NO SMOKING
Smoking is prohibited on the UNLV Campus and at the Thomas & Mack Center. There are no smoking areas in or around the arena.

CLEAR BAG POLICY
The NFR® clear bag policy is in e ect for all ten performances in an e ort to enhance security and e ciency entering the arena. The clear bag policy is consistent with industry standards nationwide. Fans are limited to one clear bag per person and one small clutch for personal items.
APPROVED BAGS PROHIBITED BAGS EXCEPTIONS
Medically necessary items and diaper bags will require thorough bag inspections at the entrance. Any refusal for inspection will be denied entrance into the arena.
Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
• Air horns and/or horns of any kind
• Artificial noisemakers, cowbells, balloons
• Thermoses or ice chests
• Knives, weapons or any dangerous objects
• Glass bottles, cans or coolers
• Outside food and beverages, including alcoholic beverages
• Laser pointers or smoke devices
• Camera tripods, monopods, or single purpose video cameras
All items are subject to search. All prohibited items will be denied admittance. Prohibited bags may be left at the Bag Check available at the main entrance for $20. No weapons or dangerous items will be accepted at Bag Check. If you check a bag you will be provided a generic clear bag for personal items. The NFR and the Thomas & Mack Center are not responsible for any lost/stolen items or property damage.

While other gift shows pop up around town, only Cowboy Christmas presented by Pro Fantasy Rodeo delivers a truly immersive Western experience— right in the heart of the renovated and expanded Las Vegas Convention Center. This one-of-a-kind holiday tradition where the cowboy and cowgirl lifestyle comes to life like nowhere else.
Get ready for even more action in 2025 as the YETI Junior National Finals Rodeo celebrates 10 years and returns with quality youth competitors vying for the coveted champion title! Taking place just steps from the South Halls of the Las Vegas Convention Center in a custom-built tent in the Platinum Lot, the Wrangler Rodeo Arena will showcase the future of rodeo.
More than just an event, this is a proving ground for “Rodeo’s Next Up.” Cowboys and cowgirls aged 19 and under will compete for more than $1 million in cash and prizes. Spectators will be treated to non-stop excitement with events including bull riding, saddle bronc, bareback, tie down, steer wrestling, barrel racing, breakaway roping, poles and team roping.
Back inside the South Hall, the action never stops. The Cinch Cowboy Commons is bigger and better with fan-favorite spots returning like the Rodeo Saloon and a live staging of the laugh-out-loud RumpChat Podcast, as well as other fun- lled entertainment.
On the East end on the second level of the South Hall, the Ariat Rodeo Live Stage returns with four daily shows, including the new Storme Sessions with Storme Warren presented by American Hat Company and Hobart presents Mic Drop with Matt Merritt. Also, on the Ariat Live Stage is Conserving Country with hosts singer/songwriter Shane Minor and Garrison Allen and the all-new RMEF Films.

For attendees: One thing remains the same – there is something for everyone! The show features more exhibitors and merchandise, guaranteed to keep even the most avid shoppers entertained. Cowboy Christmas presented by Pro Fantasy Rodeo will occupy more than 500,000 square feet of show oor and features 350+ exhibitors.These exhibitors offer unique products and are set up to display and sell to the thousands of rodeo fans during the ten days the Wrangler NFR is in town.

Returning in 2025 is the Cowboy Christmas Village sponsored by Clint Orms. This festive area will include Christmas trees, daily appearances by Santa Claus from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. and an area for kids to write a letter to Santa and drop it in a special mailbox. In addition, there will be photo walls to share your experience with family and friends.

The YETI Junior NFR will host more than 700 contestants within the Wrangler Rodeo Arena over the 10 days in December. Located in the heart of Las Vegas, each contestant competes at the Las Vegas Convention Center. These young athletes will compete to claim a coveted Montana Silversmiths championship buckle. It’s Rodeo’s Next Up!

You can watch the future of rodeo compete for the coveted Montana Silversmiths Championship Buckle at the YETI Junior NFR, taking place inside the Wrangler Rodeo Arena. With general admission for more than 1,000 fans, attendees can cheer on the future of rodeo in a specially-designed tent in the Platinum Lot.

Rodeo fans looking for transportation to and from the Wrangler NFR will have the option to utilize the complimentary shuttle bus service – the NFR Express – with routes from the Las Vegas Convention Center and 24 NFR of cial sponsor hotels on the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown to the Thomas & Mack Center.
JUNIOR NFR
The YETI Junior NFR will be held inside a specially-designed tent in the Platinum lot this year.There will be quali ers and nals in nine events (with various age groups per event): bull riding, bareback riding, saddle bronc riding, steer wrestling, girls and boys breakaway, pole bending, team roping, tie-down roping and barrel racing. There are more than 700 entries in the YETI Junior NFR. This is high-spirited competition with the best youth rodeo athletes competing for the coveted championship buckle.
Daily admission is $10.
For $40, attendees can purchase a five-day pass for the dates of Dec. 4-8 or Dec. 9-13.
