Ryan Fowler is a New Hampshire native and works as the Harm Reduction Coordinator for the HIV/HCV Resource Center (www.h2rc.org). H2RC is a long-standing ASO serving the Upper Valley region of NH and Vermont. He helps operate the region’s peer-led mobile secondary distribution syringe services program. This needs-based & cost-free SSP serves Sullivan and Grafton counties in New Hampshire, and Orange and Windsor counties in Vermont.
Program participants have inspired H2RC to develop new educational handouts to help folks understand what’s going on with xylazine in the dope, prevent skin infections, and keep people alive with harm reduction.
The mission of HIV/HCV Resource Center is to support and empower those whose lives are affected by HIV/AIDS and Hepatitis C to live fully and with dignity and to stop the spread of these diseases through education, information, and understanding.
