improving health care, and environmental protection as central to his campaign. “Australians are hard hit by housing costs, whether mortgage or rent,” said Mr Ferrier.
“First home buyers are locked out of the housing market by a system that favours investors. “The Greens will cap rents, and phase out negative gearing and
capital gains concessions. “The Greens pressure has recently secured an additional $3 billion in funding for public and community housing.” Mr Ferrier is also
