CWA continues Christmas cake tradition By Marilyn SANDERSON GLOUCESTER CWA Evening Branch members held a successful cake and pudding stall on Saturday 13 December. They cooked the usual Christmas favourites, and while most items sold quickly, there are a few Christmas Puddings and some Rocky Road still available. The Branch has donated to the five schools in the Gloucester area to assist with their annual end of year presentations. Donations have also been made to both the ladies Cancer Support Group and the Prostate Support Group in Gloucester.

NUMEROUS firefighting crews, including Gloucester Fire and Rescue, were called to
help contain a fire which recently broke out in bushland near Stroud golf course.
Gloucester Fire and Rescue were joined by several Rural Fire Service (RFS) units as
