My work explores the relationship between postmodern discourse and recycling culture.
With influences as diverse as Wilhelm Lehmbruck and Auguste Rodin, new combinations are manufactured from both traditional and modern discourse.
Ever since I was a pre-adolescent I have been fascinated by the traditional understanding of the universe. What starts out as yearning soon becomes debased into a cacophony of power, leaving only a sense of what could have been and the inevitability of a new synthesis.
As temporal phenomena become distorted through frantic and academic practice, the viewer is left with a hymn to the limits of our existence
