NJ REALTORS® LEADERSHIP ACADEMY
WHAT IS THE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY?
An eight-month-long leadership development program to identify emerging Realtor® leaders in the state, encourage them to grow as leaders with motivational activities, and help them sharpen their leadership skills.
HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM AND HOW MANY SESSIONS ARE THERE?
The academy is an eight-month long program with four in-person sessions, one virtual session, and in-person graduation at Realtors® Triple Play
HOW MANY APPLICANTS WILL BE ACCEPTED?
Up to 12 applicants will be accepted.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
A $250 deposit is required to apply and anyone not accepted will be reimbursed. Tuition for the accepted applicants will be $1,000.
WHEN IS THE APPLICATION DEADLINE?
All applications must be submitted, and letters of recommendation must be received by Dec. 15, 2025, to be considered for the Class of 2026 Applicants will be notified via email of their application status in January All sessions are mandatory to attend please ensure you can attend each session and graduation before applying.
SESSION ONE: LEVERAGING YOUR LEADERSHIP STYLE
Feb. 9-10, 2026 – Tinton Falls
An introduction to the academy and an overview of the capstone team project participants will collaborate on during the program

TWO: FIND YOUR VOICE
March 23-24, 2026 – Cape May Court House
Highlight the ins and outs of the Realtor® organization and how local, state, and the national association work together.
SESSION THREE: BUILDING YOU
June 11, 2026 – Zoom
Focus on personal growth and professional best practices to enhance your leadership journey
SESSION FOUR: LEADING IN AN ORGANIZATION
Highlight the ins and outs of the Realtor® organization and how local, state, and the national association work together
SESSION FIVE: GRACE IN LEADERSHIP
Oct. 5-6, 2026 – Trenton
In the final session, participants will refine their goals and culminate their learning journey by presenting their capstone projects
August 24-25, 2026 – Saddle Brook 2025 LEADERSHIP ACADEMY GRADUATION
Dec. 8, 2026 – Atlantic City
The official graduation ceremony will be held at 2026 Realtors® Triple Play at New Jersey Realtors® Awards Session.
