WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT NJ REALTORS® LEADERSHIP ACADEMY WHAT IS THE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY? An eight-month-long leadership development program to identify emerging Realtor® leaders in the state, encourage them to grow as leaders with motivational activities, and help them sharpen their leadership skills.
HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM AND HOW MANY SESSIONS ARE THERE? The academy is an eight-month long program with four in-person sessions, one virtual session, and in-person graduation at Realtors® Triple Play.

HOW MANY APPLICANTS WILL BE ACCEPTED?

Up to 12 applicants will be accepted.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? A $250 deposit is required to apply and anyone not accepted will be reimbursed. Tuition for the accepted applicants will be $1,000.
WHEN IS THE APPLICATION DEADLINE? All applications must be submitted, and letters of recommendation must be received by Dec. 15, 2025, to be considered for the Class of 2026. Applicants will be notified via email of their application status in January. All sessions are mandatory to attend—please ensure you can attend each session and graduation before applying.
