Scholarship Application If you wish for your child to be considered for any scholarship, please complete and return the Sixth Form Scholarship Application Form. For Music and Sport Scholarships, please note that it is necessary to complete both the Sixth Form Scholarship Application Form as well as either: • the Sixth Form Fardell Music Scholarship Application Form; or • the Sixth Form Sport Scholarship Application Form. The deadline for Sixth Form Scholarship applications is Friday 21 November 2025. All forms and supporting documentation/videos must be submitted by this date.
