Since NewBees was founded, we have shared in our annual report what we do, why we do it, and how we are doing. 2023 was an turbulent year. The war in Ukraine, the country where some colleagues and many participants come from, continues unabated. Wars broke out in Sudan and Gaza, countries where other participants and colleagues have their roots. Closer to home, domestic political winds are blowing that convince us more than ever of the importance of our work on an inclusive world and workplace, where every talent counts.
Together with the Impact Institute, we research and measure the effect of our approach for all involved. This also applies in 2023. With our approach we make an impact for everyone. For newcomers, municipalities, participating organizations and for society as a whole.
