In the summer time the beef have ample free range and plenty of grass. The beef and pork are processed and packaged at the USDA certified facility and sold through their “on the farm store” or at the Lamar West Side Farmer’s Market. You can save money by buying at the store. They specialize in putting meat bundles together and offering those to you at a discounted price. Or save even more money by buying a whole or half beef, as well as whole pork. You can visit the farm and pick out your own steer or hog, which will then be transported to the processing facility of your choice.
