About the client Our client is an international management consulting firm with specialities across the healthcare and pharmaceutical domains.

Objective and scope In order to get a better understanding of the pharmaceutical sector and help their strategy team, our client wanted a pharmaceutical benchmarking study conducted across six countries, globally. This list included the US, the UK, India, Japan, France, and Sweden. They wanted a thorough grasp of the government tendering and procurement process at every stage of the pharmaceutical value chain - manufacturing, distribution, and retail.
