Heidi Mulholland | Barrington Middle School in Barrington, RI
As Director of Interior Design and an NCIDQ-certified commercial interior designer, Paula brings over 30 years of experience leading transformative workplace, corporate, and commercial environments from concept to completion. She believes great design balances aesthetics, functionality, and business objectives, and is driven by collaboration, innovation, and creating spaces that leave a lasting impact.
Paula Drury, NCIDQ Director of Interiors
With over 15 years of experience in high-end commercial and residential design, Maria brings a strategic and refined approach to every project. She holds a Master of Arts in Interior Architecture from Suffolk University and is NCIDQ and WELL certified. She designs spaces that are functional, visually compelling, and fully aligned with each client’s vision, leveraging expertise in FF&E selection, space planning, and cross-disciplinary collaboration.
Maria Santos-Sanchez, NCIDQ Senior Interior Designer
As a Senior Interior Designer with multidisciplinary experience spanning K–12 education facilities, public safety buildings, retail environments, financial institutions, grocery stores, and high-end residential homes, Heidi brings a comprehensive perspective to every project. Leveraging technical expertise and creative problem-solving, Heidi delivers well-executed spaces that align with each client’s vision and objectives.
