What makes this series special isn’t just the venues that we visit or the scores we shoot, but the people who show up ready to compete, connect, and enjoy the game.
Welcome to the 2026 New England Series season! While it may not look like it outside right now, we’re less than two months from kicking off another golf season. I hope you’ve all had some time to swing the clubs this off-season, whether it be hitting into a net or the blue skies of Florida.
As I enter my second season with the New England Series, I’m reminded that what makes this series special isn’t just the venues that we visit or the scores we shoot, but the people who show up ready to compete, connect, and enjoy the game. Whether this is your first season with us or you’ve been around for years, you’re an important part of what the New England Series has become, and we’re happy to have you!

Eastward Ho! was founded in 1922 and designed by the renowned English architect, Herbert Fowler. To this day, it is one of America’s most celebrated seaside courses. With a routing that encapsulates the ridges and dunes overlooking Pleasant Bay in Chatham, the layout blends a classic links style with dramatic elevation changes, wind influence, and undulating green complexes Its bold architecture and breathtaking setting have helped to shape its identity, and the generational membership is committed to preserving Fowler’s original vision
A multi-year restoration was completed in 2024, led by architect Kyle Franz, which returned the course closer to Fowler’s original intent while simutaneously improving playability. The project expanded greens, widened fairways, rebuilt bunkers, and restored ocean views. Features including the Biarritz green at the par 3 4 were recaptured, creating a more authentic links experience Read more about the Eastward Ho! restoration in the publications linked below:

Worcester Country Club, a 1913 Donald Ross Design, is steeped in history and widely regarded as one of New England’s most iconic golf venues. It holds a spot on the short list of three courses that have hosted a men’s and women’s US Open in addition to a Ryder Cup, joining Pinehurst and Hazeltine in this elite category Worcester’s strong set of Par 3's and creative green complexes have stood the test of time, and the classic Tudor Style clubhouse is a time capsule in itself, with some components that have remained unchanged since the first Ryder Cup in 1927

Legendary course architect Gil Hanse took to Worcester in 2024 to revitalize Ross’s original design, and left no stone unturned in the process. Hanse expanded greens, rebuilt bunkers, and widened fairways where tree growth had encroached on original plans. One of the more noticeable changes that Hanse made was to the 11 hole, where he lowered the green by 8 feet to its original height and added a bunker that had been lost somewhere in Worcester’s 100+ year history.
