F45 Motueka Wins Top Of The South Playoffs
F45 Motueka were challenged by F45 neighbouring studios - F45 Richmond, F45 Nelson and F45 Blenheim in a Playoffs Championship Battle, and won. “By entering a strong team and with the amazing support of family and friends, we took home the cup”, says Mogga Roche, General Manager/ Membership Manager F45 Motueka. The F45 Playoffs is a functional all body, strength, agility and cardiovascular trial that tests you equally on all four disciplines and has become the benchmark for fitness testing globally. This is the first time Motueka was challenged and we are now proud to make Motueka the new home for the Top Of The South Trophy.
