StrongerU Senior Fitness is a relatively new program of pre-choreographed group fitness offering instruction in four program types: cardio, strength training, stretching, and circuit training. As studies show that engaging in physical activity is the most effective way for aging men and women to stay healthy, more adults may be compelled to join fitness groups that cater to the 50-and-over market.

Heart & Sole takes girls as a whole into consideration body, brain, heart, spirit and social connection - in a positive and structured space, where participants can learn about themselves, explore new ideas, cultivate empathy and stregthen connections. Running is incorporated into each lesson to encourage physical wellness. These girls also prepare for a celebratory 5K event at the end of the program. The upcoming spring season

The performance featured Create Dance Center, the Dance Connection
Performance Team, JAM Dance & Fitness, Trinity Dance Company, and comedy by Kyle Kratzke. National Football Foundation Scholar-Athlete
West Islip High School senior Joe Montiglio was recently recognized as a National Football Foundation ScholarAthlete and honored at a gala event at the Hyatt Regency Long Island in Hauppauge. Montiglio
has a weighted average of 100, scored a 1,390 on the SAT, earned first-team AllDivision honors and led his team to the Section XI county finals. Montiglio was also recognized as a National Football Foundation
