PLACING FLAGS - While the scouts were unable to attend the annual placing of flags at the local national cemeteries this year due to the COVID19 concerns, there were plenty of youths from Cub Scout Packs, Boy Scout Troops, and Venture Crews that continued the tradition of placing flags independently and in small, distance-safe groups. Pictured are some of the Boy Scouts of Troop 125 (Commack), working in two separate groups, spent time placing flags at St Patrick’s Cemetery in Huntington as well as the Huntington Rural Cemetery.
