It’s amazing how an act so simple that we take for granted can, when given the chance, alleviate much of what ails us during the daily grind. Breathe in… 1-2-3-4-5-6…Breathe out...and repeat as needed. To infinity (and beyond). I would imagine everyone has stress in his/ her life. The difference lies in how each person handles it, or doesn’t, as the case may be. While some thrive on chaos, others shut down at even the slightest roadblock. Any deviation from the agreed-upon plan

is met with panic. There is no going with the flow, only uncertainty, anxiety and, ultimately, aggravation. The best we can all do is focus on the big picture, on those things that are truly important. As another of my favorite quotations states, Frame every socalled disaster with these words: In five years, will this matter? If the answer is no, move on. Treat those obstacles with the level of importance they deserve – minimal. Few things are worth the time and effort we spend stressing over them. Fine advice if you can follow it. I’m still trying. ‘Til then, breath in… 1-2-3-4-5-6…
