In regards to their IRIS program, IRIS stands for Immediate Recognition Increases Safety. This program is free and anyone can register for at www. afyi-iris.org (parents or guardians can register and enroll their child or dependent as a member and those who are over 18 years can register and enroll themselves). The program is dedicated to the safety of those on the Autism Spectrum and those with Neurological or Brain Disorders. This includes those with Alzheimers, MS, Intellectual Development Disabilities, Down’s Syndrome, Brain Injury, PTSD and others. IRIS provides 24 hour access to members emergency information and contacts through their emergency hotline.
Another part of their IRIS program is their communication app, which is available for free in the app stores. This app contains picture language and emojis, so first responders can communicate easily with the individual. It also contains their 24hour emergency hotline information and the 5 Keys To De-Escalation. Autism FYI was founded by Dr. James Benjamin and his wife Joyce in 2014 to help advance awareness of the needs surrounding people with Autism. They accomplish this goal of theirs through a safety membership program offered by their organization that is called IRIS, as well as through training that creates community awareness about Autism and allows businesses to become “Autism Friendly Certified”, which allows them to create a more inclusive community for those with Autism.

According to Business2Community. com, 88 percent of consumers trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations. In addition, customers are likely to spend 31 percent
more on a business with “excellent” reviews, while 72 percent of consumers say that positive reviews make them trust local businesses more. The 2018 ReviewTrackers Online Reviews Stats report found that star ratings affect consumer behavior, as 80 percent of consumers say they trust 4-, 4.5- and 5-star ratings
the most. The good news for consumers is that product reviews need not be long to be effective. ReviewTrackers notes that the average review is now roughly the size of a tweet and has gotten 65 percent shorter since 2010. Stop & Shop Employees Partner with Family & Children’s Association (FCA) to Adopt Fifty Long Island Families in Need Each of the fifty Stop & Shop stores across Nassau and Suffolk Counties adopted an area family through Family & Children’s Association (FCA) and presented them with holiday gifts picked specifically for them. More than $20,000 was spent fulfilling the 50 Christmas wish lists, which included toys, clothing and other necessities to families identified by FCA. “We are so very grateful for Stop & Shop’s continued commitment to Long Island families. Not only did their staff persevere through an historic pandemic, but they’ve also now donated more than $20,000 worth of holiday gifts for their neighbors in need,” said FCA President & CEO Dr. Jeffrey L.
