ats off to the Massapequa Cub Scouts of Pack 696 for their efforts at Tobay Beach over the weekend. The Scouts joined local volunteers to assist the Town of Oyster Bay in the dune grass planting this year. Each year, the Town invites community members to partake in this vital task in exchange for a complementary T-shirt, some clam chowder and the satisfaction of doing a good deed.
