Food Chain of Service
A
s part of an annual tradition, students and staff members at William E. DeLuca Elementary School in the North Babylon School District created a food chain to deliver nonperishable goods to St. Paul’s Church food pantry. The effort, during which hundreds of food items were collected and donated to kick off the holiday season, also served to teach students about the importance of charitable deeds.
