RIBBON CUTTING - LINDENHURST LIBRARY OPENS NEW READING GARDEN - Elected officials, representatives from local Kiwanis and Rotary clubs, Library Trustees, staff, and dozens of library patrons gathered on April 25 for the ribbon cutting of the new Nives Hoffmann Lozito Reading Garden at the Lindenhurst Memorial Library. The garden honors longtime Lindenhurst elementary school teacher Nives Hoffmann Lozito and was created through donations from her daughter and the Friends of the Lindenhurst Memorial Library.
