ISLIP’S GIRLS SOCCER TEAM WINS COUNTY CHAMPIONSHIP - Islip High School’s varsity girls soccer team earned the title of Suffolk County champions with a 1-0 victory over Sayville. The gamewinning goal was scored by freshman Carly Herrington, putting the second-seeded Lady Bucs on top of No. 4 seed Sayville.
