College juniors, seniors, or graduate students earning a degree in areas of biological or

FCA’s original orphanage, the Temporary Home for Children, was founded in 1884. Louisa Lee Schuyler, great-granddaughter of Alexander Hamilton, spearheaded the establishment of the orphanage. During this upcoming Women’s History Month, Family & Children’s Association will be honoring Louisa Lee Schuyler’s vision by joining forces with some of the most inﬂuential female philanthropists and business owners across Long Island with its inaugural Long Island Women in Philanthropy Breakfast & Fashion Show.
