TOWN OF BABYLON RECEIVES $136K FOR WATERFRONT PUMP-OUT FACILITIES - The Town of Babylon has received approximately $136,000 through New York State’s Clean Vessel Assistance Program to support pump-out operations at its marinas. The increased funding will help improve facilities and protect Babylon’s waterways. The Clean Vessel Assistance Program supports infrastructure that allows recreational boaters to properly dispose of sewage rather than release it into surrounding waters.
