Alumni Visit Protocol We're always happy to welcome Neev alumni back to campus. This is your school too, and we want your visits, whether to catch up with teachers, use the sports facilities, be a part of school events, or simply walk the halls again, to feel nostalgic and enjoyable. To help us keep the day-to-day running smoothly for our current students and staff, here are a few simple guidelines to keep in mind during your visit. These apply to visits at the Neev Academy campus. Our Early Years campuses welcome alumni too, but given the age of our youngest learners, we kindly ask that these visits be arranged in advance. As with any member of the Neev community, alumni are expected to follow our community standards during campus visits.
Entry & Registration ● Please carry your Alumni ID Card with you during campus visits; it helps our security team recognise and welcome you quickly. ● Don't have an Alumni ID Card yet? Write to us at marketing@neevschools.com, and we'll guide you through getting one issued. ● Alumni ID Cards are personal and non-transferable, we know you'll take good care of yours, as we won't be able to issue duplicates. ● We'd love visits to be planned during school working hours only. Please register your visit at least 24 hours in advance by writing to marketing@neevschools.com or calling the front office. The same advance notice applies if you'd like to use the sports facilities, so we can have everything ready for you. Remember to sign in and out at reception so we always know you're on campus. ● It helps if visits are planned outside our drop-off and dispersal windows, so that campus movement stays easy for everyone. ● If you're driving in, please follow the usual campus parking guidelines.
Using School Facilities ● You're welcome to use school facilities, including sports facilities; check in with us beforehand to confirm availability. Since our students and staff are also using the campus, access may sometimes depend on the day's schedule, classes, or events. ● Appropriate sportswear is appreciated when using the sports facilities. ● As with any shared space, we trust you'll treat equipment and facilities with care and follow the usual safety guidelines. Certain facilities, such as the pool, labs, and gym equipment, may only be used when supervising staff are present. ● As part of your sign-in at reception, we'll ask you to confirm that you won't hold the school liable for any injury while using our facilities, in line with our standard liability guidelines. ● The school cannot take responsibility for personal belongings, so please keep valuables with you. ● Some areas like classrooms in session or staff rooms are best left undisturbed unless we've specifically arranged access, just so learning isn't interrupted.
