Neal Auction Company is pleased to present the lifelong collection of Presidential Memorabilia & Coins from the estate of Jack Walter Winover (1969-2019). A former Louisiana resident, Jack spent his youth in Baton Rouge nurturing a love for history, studying handwriting, and collecting autographs. At a young age, Jack developed an intense admiration and deep sense of love for his country and, eventually, began a collection of presidential memorabilia. A devastating injury in his teenage years did not stop Jack from becoming an Eagle Scout, graduating from the University of Arkansas, or focusing on his dream of assembling a large collection of autographs, ephemera, portraits, stamps, coins, paper money, and other memorabilia relating to the presidents of the United States.
