Cold-Pressed All-Natural hempseed oil is extracted at temperatures less than 50ºC from seeds of the Cannabis Sativa plant, without the use of chemicals, thus preserving the natural antioxidants and tocopherols. Cold pressed hempseed oil is a rich green in color with a delicate nutty flavor. Hempseed oil has a very high content of unsaturated fats and is a rich source of the essential fatty acids, linoleic and alpha-linoleic fatty acids in what is considered the perfect ratio of 3:1. Hempseed oil is a perfect alternative to other conventional oils for use in salads, marinades, sautés and dipping sauces.
