Garnett provides extensive legal counsel within the textiles and apparel industry, currently holding the position of Senior Director Legal Counsel at Crocs. Prior to this, she served as Senior Corporate Counsel for the same organization. Her experience also includes a tenure as Corporate Legal Counsel at The Simply Good Foods Company, a prominent entity in the food, beverages, and tobacco sector. Garnett's background is further enriched by her work as an Associate Attorney at Polsinelli, where she specialized in commercial litigation within the energy industry, and previously at Gordon & Rees, also as an Associate Attorney. Her foundational legal experience includes serving as a Law Clerk at the Colorado Supreme Court and contributing to the Colorado Women's Bar Association as a Board Member, an organization dedicated to advancing women in the legal profession.

SARAH CHASE-McRORIE
Vice President, Senior Legal Counsel, Retirement and Workplace Solutions, Inc., a Broadridge Company
Sarah Chase-McRorie is Vice-President, Senior Legal Counsel for Retirement and Workplace Solutions, Inc. and leads the Retirement and Workplace legal team to solve unique and complex regulatory, commercial and legal issues facing the business. Her practice focuses on the financial services industry and the corporate retirement and institutional services business. Sarah is a graduate of Colorado State University and California Western School of Law. She is a Strategy Lead for the Global Women’s Leadership Forum and a founding member of Libations for Life, for the University of Colorado Women’s Cancer Clinics. Sarah is a past-president of the Colorado Women's Bar Association, the largest diversity bar association in Colorado and sits on the board of directors for the Colorado Women's Bar Association Foundation.

BRIANNA KOSTECKA
Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer, OUTFRONT Media
Brianna Kostecka is the Vice President, Associate General Counsel, and Chief Compliance Officer at OUTFRONT Media, where she leads the company’s legal and compliance strategy and advises on a wide range of corporate matters. She brings a diverse background spanning both in-house and law firm practice, with prior experience at King & Spalding, Dentons, and Drinker Biddle & Reath. Brianna began her legal career with an early judicial clerkship after graduating magna cum laude from Seton Hall University School of Law, and she is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey.
Katie Lichty is Associate General Counsel and Chief IP Counsel for Land O’Lakes, Inc. She has been with the company for 15 years. As AGC she supports the animal nutrition business unit and advises on a wide range of domestic and international matters. As Chief IP Counsel she is responsible for the company’s trademark and patent portfolios, IP licensing, trade secret program, and marketing and advertising legal compliance. Before joining Land O’Lakes, she spent time as an in-house attorney at a marketing and advertising agency in Minneapolis and started her practice at a civil litigation law firm.
