EXAM RESULTS SPECIAL EDITION
I hope you find this September CEO update full of happy students, reflecting the successes we have had across all three phases of our Trust’s schools and colleges. Incredible effort and commitment from our very special staff has gone into achieving this summer’s results, and I’m hoping this special edition will give all stakeholders a true indication of how successful many of our students have actually been. We have definitely seen some outstanding individual, subject and school/college performances which has given the NCLT family so much to be proud of.

SOCIAL MOBILITY INFLUENCE It is testament to the positive relationships that have been successfully developed over time between staff and students that the majority of our students have been able to progress to their next destinations. Our primary children have been taught the skills and qualities needed to be successful at secondary school; our secondary students have progressed to sixth form, apprenticeships or further training through employment; and our sixth form students have successfully progressed to university, higher apprenticeships or the world of work, including the most prestigious universities in the UK, Oxford and Cambridge.
Our colleges and schools will make a significant difference to the lives of young people. As a result, together we will make a positive contribution to social mobility.
