ACE USA has served the souvenir and apparel markets for over 60 years. We wish to thank our customers for their many years of patronage and hope this catalog will further assist you in improving your sales.
TERMS: C.I.A. or net terms are available upon approval of credit.
CREDIT CARDS: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
RETURNED CHECKS: A charge of $25.00 will be placed upon your account for any returned checks.

SHIPPING: Please specify the method of shipping preferred, or the shipment will be sent the most economical way. Purchaser must file a claim against the carrier for losses and damages.
MINIMUM ORDER: $250.00
MERCHANDISE RETURNS: ACE USA has established the following guidelines for receiving credit for returned merchandise, shortages and damaged merchandise. We will strictly adhere to these rules and appreciate your cooperation. Please contact your sales representative if you need further assistance.
List merchandise to be returned including the following information:
• Item Number
• Description
• Quantity per size
• Price
• Invoice Number Purchased On
• Reason for Return
Call or email this information to your sales representative. After approval, you will be given a returned authorization (RA) number, which will be clearly noted on each box of your return. Before the merchandise is returned mark any flaws or damaged areas. Make sure boxes, sleeves and all parts are returned with each item. Your account will be credited upon receipt of the merchandise in our warehouse and after all conditions listed above have been met.
Merchandise returns/shortages/damages without an RA number will be handled in three ways:
1. No credit will be issued for damaged goods returned without RA number.
2. Merchandise in good condition received without an RA number will be charged a 20% restocking fee.
3. No credits will be issued for shortages or damages after 30 days of receipt of goods.
Note: Decorated items are not returnable unless deemed defective.
PRICING GUIDELINES
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE, CONTACT YOUR SALES REPRESENTATIVE FOR THE LATEST PRICE LIST.
Screen Printing
• 72 unit minimum required per screen print design, per ink color set-up for up to 3 colors per unit.
• Pricing includes a single location. A second location is available for an additional $1.00/unit for 1 ink color, and/or $1.50/unit for up to 3 Ink colors.
• Available stock designs from our library include up to 3 ink colors per design. Designs with 4 to 8 Ink colors incur a $1.00/ unit surcharge. Designs with 9-12 colors will have a $2.00/unit surcharge. For 13 ink colors or more, please contact your sales representative.
• Foil is available for an additional $1.00/unit.
• Specialty inks are available for an additional $.50/unit. Specialty inks could include: Glow-In-the-dark, gel, Crystalina, shimmer, glitter, puff, shatter, discharge and holographic glitter.
• Destination Designs will be printed as shown with only namedrop information changed.
Pad Printing
• 48 unit minimum required per pad printed design in a single location. An additional location for the same design could be added for an additional $.50/unit, and/or $1.00/unit for two separate designs printed on same item.
• One color pad print is included in the list price. For additional color, please call your sales rep for details.
• Destination Designs will be printed as shown with only namedrop information changed
Embroidery
• 36 unit minimum required per embroidered design per garment, hats and/or caps.
• Pricing includes designs up to 6,000 stitches.
• Designs with a stitch count of between 6,001 and 15,000 are available for an additional $1.00/unit.
• Designs with a stitch count of between 15,001 and 20,000 are available for an additional $2.00/unit.
• For designs with a stitch count of more than 20,001 stitches, please contact your sales rep.
• Destination designs will be embroidered as shown, with only namedrop information changed.
• Specialty variegated color threads are available for an additional $.50/unit.
Custom Art Program
• Initial charge for art creation is $50.00/hour. Reorders don’t require a fee
• Revision requests for an existing design which require further art time, or film/screen creation will be considered a new design.
• Charges for custom screen print are $30.00/color
• Charges for custom pad printing are $10.00/color
Custom Import Programs
Are available. Please contact your sales rep for more information.
Additional Services
• Fold Only - for t-shirts = $.20/unit
• Fold & Bag - t-shirts = $.50/unit, sweatshirts = $.60/unit
• Tagging - $.30/unit
• Label change - Customer to provide = $.30/unit; If we provide, please contact your sales rep
• Sticker - $.25/unit
