Welcome to the NBA Newsletter
Your Monthly Circle to the Noosaville Business Community
A Year of Visibility, Growth, and Impact

It’s full steam ahead for the Noosaville Business Association (NBA) as we dive into 2026 with renewed energy, a strong surge in membership, and a calendar packed with exciting events and activations designed to support and showcase our vibrant local business community.
The year began with a standout networking event on the stunning Noosa River, hosted by our friends at Pelican Boat Hire. Aboard The Daytripper, members gathered to enjoy a breathtaking sunset cruise complete with local wines, delicious charcuterie platters, and plenty of lively business conversations. It was the perfect way to reconnect after the holiday break, and a strong reminder of the unique lifestyle and community spirit that defines doing business in Noosaville.
What’s even more encouraging is the wave of new members joining our association. Over the past five months, the NBA has welcomed a 65% increase in membership — a clear sign that more businesses are recognising the value of being part of a connected, proactive, and supportive network. Whether based along the foreshore, within the industrial precinct, at the marina, or in nearby Tewantin, businesses are turning to the NBA for opportunities to grow, collaborate, and contribute to our shared success.
With the new year comes a fresh line-up of events
designed to engage, inspire and activate. March will see the return of our much-loved Business After 5 (BA5) evening event, along with our Good Morning Noosaville – Business Over Brews, a relaxed morning networking series set to bring local entrepreneurs together over great coffee and conversation.
Special one-off events and member-exclusive luncheons are also in the pipeline, providing even more ways for our community to connect, collaborate, and celebrate local success. It’s shaping up to be a big year for Noosaville, and we’re proud to be at the centre of it all — advocating for local businesses and creating opportunities for every member to shine.
Now more than ever, it’s time to be part of business in Noosaville. The NBA is here to represent and promote your business, offering support, connection, and visibility within one of the Sunshine Coast’s most exciting and diverse commercial communities.

Say Goodbye to PC Clutter: Meet Microsoft’s
New Secret Weapon

We’ve all been there—that dreaded "Storage Full" notification popping up just when you’re in the middle of something important. For years, many of us turned to third-party tools like CCleaner to sweep out the digital cobwebs. But there’s a new player in town, and it’s straight from the source.
The New King of Clean: Microsoft PC Manager Microsoft has quietly released its own free app called PC Manager, and it’s changing the game for Windows 10 and 11 users. It’s simple, sleek, and—best of all—doesn’t come with the "bloatware" feel of other optimization tools.
Why You’ll Love It:
The One-Click Boost: Sitting right at the top is a "Boost" button. One click and it wipes your temporary files and frees up clogged-up memory. It’s like a shot of espresso for your laptop.

Deep Cleanup: This is the heavy lifter. It digs into system caches and logs that usually stay hidden. Users are reporting reclaiming anywhere from 1GB to a massive 11GB in just seconds.
Hunting Large Files: Ever wonder where your storage went? PC Manager can scan for files over 10MB, 100MB, or even 1GB, letting you easily pick off the "space hogs" you no longer need.
Managing the "Startup Lag": It gives you a clear list of every app that launches when you turn on your PC, telling you exactly which ones are slowing down your boot time.
How to Access and Use It:
Getting your PC back up to speed is surprisingly simple:
1. Download: Head to the Microsoft Store on your PC and search for "Microsoft PC Manager." Alternatively, you can download it directly from the official Microsoft PC Manager website.
2. Installation: It’s a tiny file, so it installs in seconds. Once it's open, you'll see a clean dashboard with your current memory usage and temporary file count.
3. The Instant Fix: Click the blue "Boost" button on the home screen for an immediate performance lift.
4. The Deep Dive: Click on the "Storage" tab on the left. Run a "Deep Cleanup" to find hidden system junk, or use "Manage Large Files" to see what's really eating your hard drive space. You can even filter by file type (like videos or zips) to find exactly what to delete.
The Best Part? It’s Safe.
Because it’s built by Microsoft, you don’t have to worry about the app accidentally deleting a critical system file. It knows exactly what’s junk and what’s vital, keeping your personal photos and documents safe while it scrubs the background.
Our Tech Tip: If your PC is feeling a bit sluggish this morning, it only takes about two minutes to set this up. It’s a free, fuss-free way to keep your workstation humming.

Industrial Property Outlook 2026
Noosa & Sunshine Coast

Written by Alanna Shapland Ray White Commercial
As we move into 2026, the industrial property market across Noosa and the Sunshine Coast remains underpinned by strong fundamentals. While growth has moderated from the elevated levels seen between 2021 and 2023, market conditions are stable, competitive, and supported by steady demand.
A key feature of the market continues to be the limited supply of industrial land, particularly in established precincts such as Noosaville. Zoning restrictions, high construction costs, and minimal speculative development have constrained new stock, keeping vacancy rates low by historical standards. This ongoing imbalance between supply and demand continues to support both rental levels and capital values.
Rental growth is set to continue through 2026, though more gradually than in recent years. Well-located, functional properties are expected to see the strongest gains. Tenant demand remains robust across tradebased businesses, logistics operators, and local service industries, supporting steady leasing activity throughout the region.
Industrial property values have generally held firm; however, yields remain compressed following the rapid capital growth of recent years. In many cases, rental income has not fully caught up to sale prices, which has tightened returns for investors. As a result, purchaser interest is increasingly focused on assets with strong leasing fundamentals, long-term tenant security, or clear value-add potential.
Overall, the outlook for 2026 points to a market defined by steady demand, constrained supply, moderate rental growth, and tight yields. For owners, tenants, and investors alike, property quality and location will remain the key drivers of performance in the year ahead.

Hey Noosaville!
What makes a neighbourhood great for you?
Neighbourhood liveability means different things to different people. By sharing what matters most to you, you can help ensure Council planning reflects the values, priorities and character of our local communities.
Noosa Council has commissioned social research organisation, Place Score, to undertake our second Liveability Survey across our local government area.
The 2021 survey showed Noosa is performing well where it matters most, with residents rating the natural
environment, sense of community and neighbourhood safety as key strengths, and liveability scoring above the national benchmark overall.
This 2026 Liveability Noosa survey provides an opportunity for our community to share what is most important to you in your ideal neighbourhood and to rate the liveability of your current neighbourhood. By participating in this research, Council will have access to place specific insights that will ensure local planning can respond to local needs.

The survey has two sections and will take around 10-15 minutes to complete. We also invite you to share with your friends, family and networks.
By participating you will have the chance to win one of 10 x $100 vouchers for Coles, JB Hi-Fi or Bunnings! (Ts & Cs apply)
The 2026 Noosa Liveability Survey closes at 11.59pm on Sunday, 8th March 2026.
