Tuesdays from 1-2pm As the nation propels into another year to be filled, undoubtedly, with jaw-dropping headlines and an exciting election, the members of the Current Events drop-in group are never at a loss for news to discuss weekly. Long-standing member and often leader of weekly discussions, Miller Kalom describes the group as "an opportunity to get together out of the house to talk about anything we feel like". He also noted, "You really get out of it what you put in. Don't be afraid to come in and voice your opinion. We have great conversations and while we may not always agree with each other on a specific topic, that is what really enhances the experience. We welcome new members to the group, both men and women!". If you are interested in joining this exciting group, stop by the Library on Tuesdays.
