I help you to gently recalibrate your lifestyle to release these symptoms from their root cause, using a blend of holistic nursing, nervous system support, and personalized insight.
Hey, I’m Dr. Diane!
Do you believe in signs from the Other Side, that it’s possible to receive messages from loved ones who have passed that impart a greater understanding of our interconnectedness?
I’ve always believed that death did not mean the end of someone being, that we transform into a different energy, leaving the body behind and continuing on our soul’s journey to whatever’s next. My mother was a believer, too. She somehow knew that she was going to see loved ones when she passed to the Other Side. She also believed that they could communicate with her after their death. According to her, among other stories she has told me, my dad would visit her in the form of a seagull and he would show up in the strangest places.
“I've
always believed that death did not mean the end of someone being, that we transform into a different energy, leaving the body behind and continuing on our soul's journey to whatever's next.”
—Dr. Diane Hayden, PhD
We would talk about how she would communicate with me after she passed. She didn’t want to specify how she would do it or in what form because she wasn’t sure she could make it happen. I would just have to know it was her. Well, she underestimated her capabilities—and do I have some stories that even I probably wouldn’t believe unless multiple people had experienced it with me. She started communicating with me just five days after she passed. On the way to the funeral home to drop off something, I pulled up behind a car and the license plate read “Dutchy.” My jaw dropped. One of my mom’s best friends was a woman named Ruth Dutcher—and they used to use that nickname for her. A few days later I got a text reading, “Hi Marian, this is Grace.” Marian was my mom’s name. Grace was her mom’s name.
The night of my mom’s funeral, a few of my friends and I had dinner. I chose a restaurant I typically would never go to, but I was exhausted and it was the first thing that popped into my mind. Turns out it was trivia night and halfway through our meal we heard this question, “In what movie does the lead actress, Marian….” All six of us stopped eating and looked at each other in amazement.
We had a standing joke that she thought a mourning dove had the same call as an owl. She would say, “I heard an owl this morning!” And I would say, “Mom that’s a mourning dove.” About a week after she passed, the one pictured here landed on the railing outside our kitchen and stared at me for over an hour. I have heard a mourning dove outside my window almost every day over the last two months.
And there’s more. One day I asked her to show me an orange. Just one single orange. Well, with my mother’s sense of humor I got - orange chairs, an orange pencil, women in orange dresses, restaurant staff in orange shirts, an orange baseball cap, but not one single orange. Over the next few days I would laugh and say to her – “you couldn’t just show me one orange?”
The next day I’m driving and pull up behind a car with the license plate “Orange-1.”
Probably the best two messages I got happened recently. I was at Artisan restaurant in West Hartford, and as I was perusing the menu I saw the “Georgette Salad.” My mom made up this game when I was little that she and I were giraffes—she was Georgie the big giraffe, and I was Georgette the little giraffe. Have you ever seen a Georgette salad on a menu?! That same night, Chris and I were home watching TV, and the lamp next to the couch suddenly went out. The TV and other lights stayed on. We sat there, looked at each other for a few minutes, and then he got up to change the lightbulb. As soon as he stood up, the lamp came back on! And we’ve had no problems with it since.
When I said I believe that we live on after we pass and can communicate with loved ones still alive, now I know without a doubt that it is true. How could any of those things happen if it wasn’t? Energy is everywhere and we have the power to use it—to heal, to communicate, and to change the world.
Wishing you health and happiness,

Two Robotic Therapy Systems, One Mission: Helping Southwest Florida Move Without Pain
By Theresa Edmunds, CHC

“Traditional massage and manual therapy work on the surface; the RX2600 can access deeper tissue precisely and consistently, which is a big part of why patients see the results they do.”
—Theresa Edmunds, CHC
years ago, my husband Garrett and I brought something new to Naples, a robotic approach to muscle therapy we believed in because we had experienced the results firsthand. Now, we’re excited to share that we’re growing. We’ve moved into a larger space and added a second RX2600 Therapeutic Robot, which means more appointment availability and shorter wait times for the Southwest Florida community we love serving. For golfers, tennis and pickleball players, as well as other active adults who make up so much of Naples, we know you don’t want to be slowed by pain.
Why We Brought Robotics to SWFL
We relocated from Michigan to Naples in 2020, already knowing what robotic muscle therapy could do. In 2018, during a club championship tournament, Garrett injured his shoulder while trying to outdrive a competitor half his age. What started as a competitive moment became two years of persistent shoulder pain that nothing seemed to resolve. (And for the golfers out there: yes, he won!) I had been using robotic therapy and convinced him to try it. After just three sessions, he was completely pain-free (and the pain has never returned!).
As a Certified Health Coach with years of experience helping people live healthier lives, I was impressed. I became certified as a neuromuscular therapist in Robotic Precision Therapy to help more people experience this technology. We opened Naples Robotic Pain Relief in June 2022 and have been helping our clients reclaim pain-free movement ever since.
With growing demand for noninvasive, drug-free relief from sciatica, low back pain, shoulder and hip pain, and other chronic conditions, we knew it was time to expand. Our new location provides room for a second RX2600 machine and offers our patients throughout Collier and southern Lee counties, including Estero, Bonita Springs, and Marco Island, more flexible scheduling, without compromising the individualized care we’ve built our practice around.
A Different Approach to Pain Relief: Treating the Source, Not Just the Symptom
So many of our clients have spent years treating symptoms of back pain, sciatica, neck and shoulder tension, hip or knee pain, plantar fasciitis, or carpal tunnel syndrome without ever getting to the root of the problem. That’s where our approach is different; we don’t just treat where it hurts; we look for what’s actually causing it.
So often, the real source of someone’s pain isn’t where they feel it. The psoas, for example, is one of the most overlooked muscles in the body, deep in the core, connecting the spine to the legs. When it’s tight, it’s often the hidden driver of chronic low back pain.
The pectoral muscles are another example. When they’re tight and shortened, as happens to almost all of us over time, they pull the shoulders forward and create upper back tension, neck pain, shoulder dysfunction, and even headaches.
These are deep foundational muscles that most therapies simply can’t reach. Traditional massage and manual therapy work on the surface; the RX2600 can access deeper tissue precisely and consistently, which is a big part of why patients see the results they do.
This advanced robotic technology measures tissue resistance and pain patterns, then delivers precise, gentle, intermittent pressure with vibration. It relaxes and lengthens tight, contracted muscles, relieving pressure on joints, nerves, and the spine—often yielding faster, longer-lasting results than traditional massage or physical therapy alone. Clients often describe it as “massage on steroids.”
Our goal for every patient isn’t just temporary relief—it’s getting back to the life they love, whether that’s golf, pickleball, walking the beach, or simply moving through the day with more ease. We’ve seen this therapy make a real difference for sciatica and lower back pain, neck and shoulder tension (including sports injuries), tennis elbow, rotator cuff issues, piriformis syndrome, IT band pain, tension headaches, and plantar fasciitis.
One client put it simply: “This therapy is revolutionary. The results are fast and work at a much deeper level than other things I’ve tried.”
No two people move exactly alike, which is why every session begins with an evaluation to understand how the body is actually functioning— not just where it hurts. I personally oversee every session, reviewing each patient’s history and biomechanics to target the muscles that are actually driving their discomfort. Results vary from person to person, but I see real, meaningful improvements in range of motion, posture, and everyday function as treatment progresses.
Bringing this innovative, non-invasive therapy to Southwest Florida has been one of the most rewarding parts of my career. Helping people resolve their pain and get back to enjoying life is why I love what I do. With over 25 muscle placements, we can help with most pain conditions. We look forward to helping more people find real relief and move through life with less pain, doing the things they enjoy.

From Somaliland to Southwest Florida: The Hidden Supply Chain in Your Medicine Cabinet
By Susie and Peter Bagwell
Ifyou think the essential oil conversation is still about making a living room smell like a spa, you are looking at old data.
“When a product’s supply chain is fully transparent, it does something unique: it connects your personal health to global human impact.”
—Susie and Peter Bagwell
Over the last decade, wellness consumers have fundamentally changed. We no longer just ask, “What does this product do?” Instead, a sophisticated community of conscious consumers right here in Southwest Florida is asking a far more critical question: “Where did this actually come from, and who was impacted when it was made?”
In an era of clever corporate labeling, true transparency is rare. Many global supply chains are intentionally masked behind third-party brokers and vague descriptions. But a quiet revolution in botanical science is proving that radical transparency isn’t just an ethical choice—it directly dictates the potency, safety, and cellular purity of what you put on your body.
The Chemistry of Geography
The journey of an unadulterated botanical compound begins far from the manicured landscapes of Naples. It begins in regions where specific soil chemistry, altitude, and climate force a plant to produce its most potent defense mechanisms.
Take frankincense, harvested from the arid, rocky cliffs of Somaliland and Oman. The harsh
environmental stress forces Boswellia trees to secrete a complex resin rich in monoterpenes and Boswellic acids. If you attempt to farm these trees in a greenhouse or out of their native habitat, the plant’s chemical profile alters completely. You might get an oil that smells similar, but the biological efficacy at a cellular level is lost.
The same is true for the pristine eco-plots producing newly updated native profiles, such as Spanish rosemary or the unique wild-harvested blue tansy from Morocco. Plants are masters of their environments; their therapeutic benefit is entirely bound to their native geography.
Radical Transparency: Enter SourceToYou
Because the global essential oil market has suffered from adulteration, with many commercial products cut with synthetic fillers or cheaper fragrance extenders, the industry had to innovate. Through initiatives like SourceToYou.com, single bottles of CPTG (Certified Pure Tested Grade) oil are now assigned a unique quality ID code. Anyone with a smartphone can input this code to view the independent, third-party laboratory gas chromatography and mass spectrometry (GC/MS) test results.
This transparency tracks the liquid backward through a rigorous quality control loop:
•At the source: Monitoring sustainable harvesting practices to protect vulnerable tree populations.
•In the lab: Ensuring zero heavy metals, pesticides, or synthetic additives are present.
• To the consumer: Providing cross-verified data showing the exact percentages of active chemical constituents (like linalool or alpha-pinene).
This isn’t just about data; it’s about consumer empowerment. It bridges the gap between indigenous harvesters working in remote corners of the globe and families seeking verified wellness solutions in Florida.
For consumers, this level of traceability changes the relationship with the product. A bottle is more than a pleasant scent or wellness accessory. It becomes a verified botanical extract with a documented origin, a measurable chemical profile, and a human story behind it. That matters, especially when products are being used in daily routines for relaxation, skin support, respiratory comfort, or emotional balance. Trust should not depend on marketing language. It should be backed by proof.
The Macro-to-Micro Impact
When a product’s supply chain is fully transparent, it does something unique: it connects your personal health to global human impact. Through dedicated Co-Impact Sourcing models, the communities harvesting these botanicals are directly integrated into the economic loop, bypassing exploitative middlemen. This ensures fair, on-time wages while funding critical infrastructure, such as the Sanaag Specialty Hospital in Somaliland, to provide maternal healthcare.
As wellness professionals, we believe that true well-being cannot be built on an unethical foundation. Your wellness routine shouldn’t come at the cost of someone else’s dignity.
The next time you open a bottle of essential oil in your home, don’t just breathe in the aroma. Take a moment to trace it back to its coordinates on a global map. When you know exactly where a product comes from, you can fully trust where it is taking your health.

What Your Body Knows Before Disease Shows Up
“Fatigue after meals, sugar cravings, stubborn weight gain, increased hunger, and brain fog may all be signs that your body isn’t managing glucose efficiently.”
—Denise A. Pancyrz, CHN, DSS™
By Denise A. Pancyrz, CHN, DSSTM
Your tests are normal.”
If you’ve ever heard those words yet still wake up exhausted, struggle to lose weight, battle digestive issues, or feel like you’re no longer yourself, you’re not alone. You know something has changed. Maybe you have less energy than you used to. You experience brain fog, crash after meals, or feel frustrated that, despite eating better and trying harder, nothing seems to improve. Many people assume these changes are just part of getting older.
But what if they aren’t? What if your symptoms are your body’s earliest warning signs—long before disease shows up on routine testing?
Your Body Whispers Before It Shouts
Most chronic health conditions don’t develop overnight. They often begin with subtle imbalances that gradually affect how you feel. Those early whispers may sound like:
“I’m tired all the time.”
“I gain weight no matter what I do.”
“I’m bloated after eating.”
“I crave sugar.”
“I can’t think as clearly as I used to.”
“I just don’t feel like myself.”
These symptoms aren’t something to ignore or simply cover up; they may be clues that your body is asking for attention. Instead of asking, “What can I take to make this symptom disappear?” a better question might be, “Why is this happening?”
The Root Cause Matters
A root-cause approach looks beyond individual symptoms to identify what may be contributing to them. Common underlying factors include blood sugar imbalance and insulin resistance, chronic inflammation, digestive dysfunction and poor gut health, nutrient deficiencies or impaired nutrient absorption, chronic stress, and poor sleep quality.
Each of these can affect energy, metabolism, digestion, mental clarity, and overall well-being. More importantly, they often influence one another, creating a cycle that’s difficult to break without understanding what’s happening beneath the surface.
This is where a functional wellness approach can make a difference. Instead of waiting for numbers to move outside the standard range, it looks for patterns that may explain why you feel off in the first place. Slight shifts in hormones, blood sugar, inflammation markers, nutrient status, or gut function can offer important clues. When those clues are considered together, they help create a clearer picture of what your body needs to regain balance.
Your Gut Does More Than Digest Food
Your digestive system isn’t just responsible for breaking down food. It’s where your body absorbs the nutrients needed to produce energy, support your immune system, maintain a healthy metabolism, and even influence brain function. When digestion isn’t working efficiently, even a healthy diet may not provide your body with
Blood Sugar Affects More Than Diabetes
Many people think blood sugar only matters after they’re diagnosed with diabetes. In reality, blood sugar imbalance and insulin resistance can begin years earlier.
Fatigue after meals, sugar cravings, stubborn weight gain, increased hunger, and brain fog may all be signs that your body isn’t managing glucose efficiently. Identifying these patterns early provides an opportunity to make meaningful lifestyle changes before more serious health problems develop.
Personalized Health Begins with Understanding Your Body
No two people are exactly alike. Two individuals with similar symptoms may have very different underlying causes. That’s why personalized testing, nutrition, and lifestyle recommendations can provide valuable insights that generic wellness advice often misses.
Healthy aging isn’t about accepting declining energy or assuming that feeling unwell is inevitable. It’s about understanding how your body functions, recognizing its early signals, and taking steps to support long-term wellness. Your body has been communicating with you all along. The question isn’t whether it’s speaking. It’s whether someone is listening.
At CuraVida Wellness Solutions, we believe your symptoms deserve to be understood—not dismissed. Through personalized testing and a root-cause approach, we help you connect the dots so you can move from uncertainty to understanding—and from where you are today to where you want to be.

The Future of Pain Relief
Ozone for Enhanced Dental Healing
By Dr. Josephine Perez, DMD
Ozoneis a triatomic molecule composed of three oxygen atoms (O3). It has been used in medicine for over 100 years for its antimicrobial properties—as a bacteriocidal, virucidal, and fungicidal agent. In fact, the first patented ozone generator was invented in 1897 by Nikola Tesla.
Using Ozone Safely
“Essentially, ozone helps the immune system correct itself, especially when used in IV treatments.”
—Dr. Josephine Perez, DMD
Many questions arise about ozone in relation to pollution and the “ozone alerts” we have become so familiar with. Given these “ozone alerts,” it is no surprise that we may wonder about the safety of ozone therapy. However, ozone is not pollution—it only serves as an indicator of pollution. The burning of fossil fuels produces hydrocarbons that accumulate and cause pollution; ozone is a by-product of the sun’s UV rays interacting with those hydrocarbons. Because ozone is much easier to detect, it is commonly used as a reference point for hydrocarbon levels, but ozone itself is not the problem.
It has been demonstrated scientifically that the application of ozone in chronic infectious diseases, vasculopathies, orthopedics, and dentistry has yielded striking, positive results, and it is unfortunate that, for the most part, the medical community continues to ignore ozone therapy.
How Does Ozone Work?
Ozone is created in nature, for example, during a thunderstorm. When the oxygen (O2) in ambient air is “struck” by lightning, it very briefly forms O3. The “problem” with this O3 is that other molecules in ambient air, namely nitrogen, will form noxious gases that are not healthy to breathe. Ozone can be created in a lab as well, by using pure, hospital-grade oxygen and a good ozone generator capable of producing several different concentrations (gamma or micrograms/cc).
Ozone stimulates the body to work better on its own through self-regulation. Oxygen is our most critical element, and ozone increases oxygen utilization. There are many ways to implement ozone therapy: cosmetic, medical, injections, injury, and dental. In the dental practice, I use ozone as a bacteriocidal, virucidal, and fungicidal. For example, we do not use city water in our practice; instead, we generate fresh ozone daily that runs through all our equipment and lines. We use ozone in every aspect of dentistry, from cavities and disinfection to surgeries and healing protocols for ulcerations, sores, or even trauma.
Ozone is negatively charged, while biofilm, bacteria, viruses, fungi, parasites, infections, and inflammation are positively charged. Therefore, ozone naturally “looks” for these to counteract them. Healthy cells have antioxidants on their membranes, whereas pathogenic cells lack antioxidant enzymes on their cell walls. This is why ozone does not damage healthy cells but instead stimulates them to produce more antioxidant enzymes. It’s a win-win! Essentially, ozone helps the immune system correct itself, especially when used in IV treatments. It is not used on its own but as a synergistic treatment in functional and alternative medicine or as an adjunct to traditional treatments. Because ozone increases our oxygen utilization, it provides a stimulus that allows the body to operate more efficiently on its own.
Improving Oxygen
Utilization with Ozone
Many drugs—known as mitochondrial-toxic drugs—interfere with oxygen utilization. These include statins, beta-blockers, barbiturates, some antibiotics, and muscle relaxants. There are also genetic predispositions that may affect a person’s oxygen utilization, as well as their risk of cavities
or periodontal disease. Your starting point is genetically predetermined; your rate of decay is modifiable. This is why I discuss the “why?” with patients. What led us to our condition in the first place? Sometimes finding the “why” takes a little longer—but don’t give up! If we control the terrain, so to speak, even with a genetic predisposition to dental issues and diminished oxygen utilization, the body is prepared and can manage those issues.
Unfortunately, some patients want a quick and easy fix. These “Band-Aids” often end up costing more time, money, and, most importantly, health. Thanks to ozone, I have an extra tool in my toolbox. I use ozone every day and in every aspect of dentistry…I call it my SUPERPOWER.
Ozone is used for enhanced healing in dentistry in a variety of ways:
• initial “mouthwash” prior to any treatment
• performing cleanings
• extractions and periodontal surgeries
• deep cavities that might otherwise end in root canals
• restoring fillings to prevent sensitivities
• sensitive teeth
• mouth ulcers and canker sores
• traumatic lesions
As always, work with your medical provider or functional/integrative PCP to see if ozone and its various therapy modalities are right for you.

A New Breed of Financial Advisor Who Treats
Red Light Therapy for Better Health
By Massage Envy Naples
Until recently, red light therapy was primarily associated with skin care. It was the treatment discussed for reducing the appearance of fine lines, supporting collagen production, and improving overall skin tone. While those benefits remain popular, the conversation around red light therapy has expanded dramatically in recent years.
Today, professional athletes use it as part of their recovery routines. Wellness centers offer
full-body sessions to support relaxation and physical recovery. People dealing with everyday aches and pains seek it as a noninvasive option for relief. Others are interested in its potential effects on sleep, energy, and overall wellness. The popularity of red light therapy reflects a broader shift in how people approach health. Rather than seeking quick fixes or one-size-fitsall solutions, many are pursuing therapies that support the body’s natural processes and integrate
easily into a healthy lifestyle. Red light therapy is one such option, as it is simple, comfortable, and increasingly supported by scientific research.
What Is Red Light Therapy?
Red light therapy, sometimes called LED light therapy or photobiomodulation, uses specific wavelengths of red and near-infrared light that penetrate the skin and interact with cells throughout the body. Unlike ultraviolet light from the sun, which can damage the skin, red and near-infrared wavelengths are noninvasive and do not cause burns or tanning. Instead, they are absorbed by structures within cells called mitochondria.
Mitochondria are often called the powerhouses of the cell because they produce adenosine triphosphate (ATP), the energy source that powers nearly every function in the body. Every movement, every repair process, and every cellular activity depends on energy generated by these tiny structures.
Researchers believe that exposure to therapeutic wavelengths of red and near-infrared light can support mitochondrial function, enabling cells to produce energy more efficiently. While scientists continue to study how these mechanisms work, decades of research have shown promising results across areas ranging from recovery and circulation to skin health and physical performance. Because every organ and tissue in the body depends on healthy cellular function, the effects of red light therapy can extend far beyond a single area or symptom.
This cellular-level effect is one reason red light therapy has attracted interest across so many areas of health and wellness. When cells have the energy they need to function well, the body is better equipped to repair tissue, manage inflammation, support circulation, and maintain normal biological processes. That does not mean red light therapy is a cure-all, but it does help explain why one therapy may be connected to several different wellness goals.
Consistency also matters. Like exercise, nutrition, hydration, and sleep, red light therapy is typically most effective when used as part of a regular routine rather than as a one-time treatment. Many people begin sessions with a specific goal in mind, such as recovery or skin support, then notice broader benefits over time because the therapy supports the body at the cellular level.
It is also important to understand that red light therapy works best as a complement to healthy habits, not as a replacement for them. A person who is sleeping poorly, under chronic stress, eating inconsistently, or avoiding movement may still struggle to feel their best. But when red light therapy is paired
with a balanced lifestyle, it can become a valuable tool for supporting the body’s ability to restore, recover, and function more efficiently.
Why Recovery Has Become a Major Focus
Recovery has become one of the most important topics in health and fitness, and for good reason. Many people spend considerable time on exercise, nutrition, and productivity, yet pay far less attention to recovery. Yet recovery is when much of the body’s repair and rebuilding occurs.
Whether someone is training for a race, attending fitness classes, chasing young children, or simply managing the demands of everyday life, the body experiences physical stress. Muscles become fatigued, joints stiffen, and energy levels fluctuate. Over time, inadequate recovery can affect both physical performance and overall well-being. This is one reason red light therapy is gaining popularity, particularly among athletes and active individuals. By supporting cellular activity and healthy circulation, it may help the body recover more efficiently from physical exertion.
Many people report less soreness after workouts, less stiffness, or greater readiness for their next exercise session. While individual experiences vary, recovery remains one of the most common reasons people seek red light therapy.
More Than Muscle Recovery
The benefits people report often extend beyond physical recovery. Sleep, for example, is one of the most frequently discussed topics among regular users of red light therapy. Quality sleep affects nearly every aspect of health, including mood, energy, concentration, recovery, and metabolism. Yet millions of adults struggle to get enough restorative sleep consistently.
While red light therapy is not a treatment for sleep disorders, many users report feeling more relaxed after sessions and improved overall sleep quality. Better sleep can have a ripple effect throughout daily life, influencing everything from productivity and stress levels to exercise performance and general well-being.
Stress management is another area where people frequently notice benefits. Modern life rarely slows down. Between work responsibilities, family obligations, financial pressures, and constant digital connectivity, stress has become a common part of everyday life. Finding opportunities to slow down and recharge is increasingly important.
A typical red light therapy session provides a dedicated period of time to relax without distractions. Many people find the experience calming and restorative, making it a valuable addition to their self-care routines.
“Because every organ and tissue in the body depends on healthy cellular function, the effects of red light therapy can extend far beyond a single area or symptom.”
—Massage Envy Naples
“ Whether the goal is healthierlooking skin, improved recovery after exercise, better relaxation, support for an active lifestyle, or a wellness routine that complements broader health goals, red light therapy is worth exploring.”
—Massage Envy Naples
Red Light Therapy and Healthy Weight Management
One area generating growing interest is the relationship between red light therapy and body composition. Researchers continue to study how red and near-infrared light interact with fat cells and metabolic processes. Some studies have suggested that specific wavelengths may influence fat-cell activity and body measurements under certain conditions.
Perhaps more importantly, red light therapy may support several factors that contribute to successful weight management. Better recovery can make it easier to maintain an exercise routine. Reduced discomfort can encourage greater physical activity. Improved sleep may support healthier hormone regulation. Lower stress levels can help people stay on track with healthy habits. When viewed through that lens, red light therapy becomes less about finding a shortcut and more about supporting the lifestyle habits that contribute to long-term success.
A Different Approach to Wellness
One reason red light therapy appeals to so many people is that it offers a very different experience compared with many traditional wellness treatments. There are no injections, medications, invasive procedures, or recovery periods. A typical session involves relaxing while exposed to therapeutic red and near-infrared wavelengths. Many full-body systems are designed to treat large areas of the body at once, making sessions efficient and convenient.
The treatment itself is generally comfortable. Some people describe the experience as sitting in gentle warmth. Others simply enjoy a scheduled
period of uninterrupted relaxation in the middle of a busy day. For people who feel overwhelmed by complex health regimens, red light therapy offers a straightforward wellness option that fits easily into existing routines.
Skin Health Remains a Popular Benefit
Although red light therapy has expanded into many areas of wellness, skin health remains one of its best-known applications. Collagen is a protein that helps maintain skin structure and elasticity. As people age, collagen production naturally declines, contributing to the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Research has explored how red light may support healthy skin by stimulating cellular activity that promotes collagen production and tissue repair. Many users report improvements in skin texture, tone, and overall appearance after regular sessions. Because the treatment is noninvasive, it has become an appealing option for people who want to support healthy-looking skin without resorting to more aggressive cosmetic procedures.
Full-Body LED Therapy: The Next Generation
Technology has evolved significantly since the earliest red light therapy devices entered the market. Many of today’s systems use full-body LED panels that simultaneously expose larger areas of the body to therapeutic wavelengths. This allows users to experience the potential benefits of red and near-infrared light more comprehensively and efficiently.
Rather than focusing on a single treatment area, full-body sessions support an integrated approach
to wellness. This broader exposure is one reason many wellness providers have expanded their offerings to include whole-body LED light therapy. The convenience of these systems has also contributed to their popularity. Most sessions take less than 30 minutes, making them accessible even for people with busy schedules.
What was once considered a niche treatment has steadily moved into the mainstream, drawing interest from healthcare professionals, fitness experts, wellness providers, and everyday consumers. While no single therapy can solve every health challenge, red light therapy offers what many people are looking for: a noninvasive, low-stress way to support overall well-being.
For many people, the value of red light therapy is its simplicity. It does not require a major lifestyle overhaul or a complicated routine. A short, comfortable session can become one practical way to pause, recharge, and support the body’s natural recovery processes.
A Wellness Tool for Modern Life
The growing popularity of red light therapy reflects a simple reality. People want practical ways to feel better, recover more effectively, and support their health without adding more stress to their lives. Whether the goal is healthierlooking skin, improved recovery after exercise, better relaxation, support for an active lifestyle, or a wellness routine that complements broader health goals, red light therapy is worth exploring. Its appeal is not based on dramatic promises or overnight transformations. Instead, it lies in the potential to help people feel a little better, recover a little faster, and maintain the healthy habits that support long-term wellness.
As complex health advice and endless wellness trends abound, that straightforward approach may be one reason red light therapy continues to shine.

Could Your Blood Vessels Be Sending You a Warning?
By Lisa H Sprague, MSS, PTA, LMT
Whenmost people think about heart health, they think of big things: blood pressure, cholesterol, maybe a treadmill stress test. But there’s a hidden part of your body that plays a major role in your health, and most people have never heard of it. It’s called the glycocalyx, and a test called GlycoCheck is designed to assess it—all the way down to the microvascular level.
that protective lining is. No needles, no waiting days for lab results, nothing invasive at all. Here’s the part that makes this interesting. By the time someone is told they have high blood pressure or type 2 diabetes, there’s a good chance damage to these microvascular vessels has already been happening for years. Regular checkups usually catch problems after they’ve already built up.
“That earlier warning gives people a chance to change course: eating better, moving more, sleeping properly, and cutting back on smoking before things get more serious. It is much easier to protect a vessel lining than to repair real, organ-level damage down the road.”
—Lisa H Sprague, MSS, PTA, LMT
What Is the Glycocalyx?
Picture the inside of every blood vessel in your body, from your largest arteries all the way down to the microvascular vessels too small to see without a microscope. Lining the inside of all of them is a thin, slippery, gel-like coating. That coating is the glycocalyx. Think of it as the inner lining of a garden hose, except that instead of just being a passive layer, it’s doing a job.
This coating helps keep blood flowing smoothly, controls inflammation, prevents unnecessary clotting, and helps your blood vessels know when to relax or tighten. When that lining is healthy and thick, your blood vessels—from the largest to the most microvascular—work as they should. But when the lining gets thin or damaged, those vessels start to leak, become inflamed, and stop working properly. And since this lining runs through every vessel in your body—big and small—damage to it can quietly affect a lot of systems at once.
What Does GlycoCheck Do?
GlycoCheck is a simple, painless test. A small camera looks at the blood vessels under your tongue and records a short video. Here’s the really cool part: during the scan, you can watch your microvascular vessels working in real time. You get to see your own living, moving microcirculation right there on the screen. Software then analyzes that video and estimates how healthy
A glycocalyx check might catch trouble earlier, sometimes before blood pressure or blood sugar levels even look abnormal. That earlier warning gives people a chance to change course: eating better, moving more, sleeping properly, and cutting back on smoking before things get more serious. It is much easier to protect a vessel lining than to repair real, organ-level damage down the road.
It’s Not Just About the Heart
This isn’t only a heart health story. Damage to this protective lining—including at the microvascular level—has been connected to several different conditions, such as:
• Diabetes-related complications, like issues with the eyes, kidneys, and nerves
• Early signs of artery problems that can eventually lead to heart disease
• Severe infections, where this lining can break down quickly and cause vessels to leak
• Possibly even some of the lingering effects people experience after illnesses like COVID Since this same lining appears in blood vessels throughout your body, problems with it can ripple outward and affect multiple systems at once. That is part of why researchers find it so interesting; it’s one small thing that connects to many larger health issues.
It’s important to know that GlycoCheck is not a diagnostic test. It’s a powerful tracking tool. If someone starts exercising more, eating healthier,
quitting smoking, or beginning to take a vascular nutraceutical, this test could show real, physical improvement in microvascular health over time. Instead of just hoping lifestyle changes are working, you get an actual before-and-after snapshot.
That kind of feedback can be motivating. It turns “I think this is helping” into something a bit more concrete.
Get Tested at Good News Doctor Naples

Your body has an incredible network of blood vessels—from large arteries to the most delicate microvascular channels—all working around the clock, and the thin lining inside them matters more than most people realize. GlycoCheck offers a simple, non-invasive way to see that lining in action and gain insight into your microvascular health before anything shows up on a standard checkup. As research continues to grow, this kind of microscopic insight could become a regular part of how we think about healing—not just treating disease after the fact.

What Makes a Powerful Healer? Inside the Work of Agnes Daddona
“Your body holds the story. Your energy field holds the memory. Your soul holds the reason. I was given the eyes to see all three— and the divine connection to help you heal through them.”
—Agnes Daddona
By Agnes Daddona, Psychic Medium, Counselor, and Healer
For more than twenty years, I have worked as a psychic, medium, counselor, healer, and spiritual teacher, guiding thousands of people through readings, mediumship, angelic channeling, and healing. This gift runs in my family, and it has shaped everything about how I see people, how I listen, and how I help them heal. Over those years, I have come to understand what truly makes a healer powerful. It begins with what they can see.
There is a moment in every session I hold when everything shifts. The client has shared what they came to share. And then something opens, not in the conversation, but in the energy. I begin to receive information from their spirit guides, from the angels, from the divine guidance that surrounds them. And I can see what they could not, the real reason behind the pain, and what their souls are living through.
That is what makes a powerful healer, the ability to perceive the full picture of a person, body, energy, emotion, and soul, and to understand how it all connects. This is the gift I was given, and it is the foundation of everything I offer.
My Gift
When someone sits with me, I am present with them on every level. I listen carefully to their words, and I hold what they share with deep respect. But I am also receiving guidance beyond what the conscious mind can access. I see the aura. I read the emotional imprints of old traumas still living in the energy body. I perceive misalignments on the physical level that trace back to something unresolved within. And through the divine connection I carry, I receive insight into
what the soul is doing with all of it, the lessons it is working through, the growth it is reaching toward, and the healing it is ready to receive. This is what sets my work apart. The body, the emotions, the energy field, and the spirit are not separate systems. They are one living expression of the soul. And unless someone can perceive how they are all connected, the healing often stays on the surface. My gift allows me to see across all these layers at once and to understand the thread that runs through them. That is how I am able to help my clients not only feel better, but truly heal and transform.
This gift is supported by years of education, intuitive development, and a holistic approach that draws on multiple healing disciplines. My work includes psychic and mediumship readings, angelic channeling, energy healing, spiritual counseling, aura and chakra clearing, past life readings, soul contract readings, emotional release work, and guided meditation. Each of these allows me to meet my clients exactly where they need to be met. But it is the combination of all of them, guided by divine intelligence, that creates the depth and precision my clients experience.
My Approach
I do not simply apply one approach to every person. I listen, I receive, and I allow the angels and spirit guides to show me exactly what each client needs in that moment. That is the difference between following a process and being guided by something greater.
Your body holds the story. Your energy field holds the memory. Your soul holds the reason.
I was given the eyes to see all three—and the divine connection to help you heal through them.
I have sat with clients who arrived carrying a heaviness they could not name. And in one session, when I was able to show them how a childhood wound was connected to a physical condition, and how both were tied to a soul lesson they had never been shown before, something unlocked. Not because I told them what to do. But because I helped them see what their own soul had been trying to show them all along. And from that clarity, real healing began.
I have learned that healing is not always dramatic or immediate. Sometimes it arrives as a quiet recognition, a softening in the heart, a new understanding of an old pattern, or the feeling that a burden has finally been named and witnessed. When divine guidance brings the hidden pieces into the light, the client is no longer alone with what they have carried. They can begin to see themselves with more compassion, understand their journey with greater clarity, and open to the healing their soul has been preparing for all along. That is what a powerful healer does. She helps the person in front of her receive the healing, the release, and the transformation their soul is calling for. It is more than reading. It is more than insight. It is a sacred act of holding, seeing, and guiding someone back to wholeness.
At the heart of my work is trust in divine guidance, in the wisdom of the soul, and trust that healing unfolds in the way each person is ready to receive. My gift is helping each client remember the light, strength, and truth that have always been within them.
If you feel there is something beneath the surface that has not been fully reached, something your soul is waiting to heal, I want you to know that what you are sensing is real. And I would be honored to walk that path with you.
