At Emerald Coast Thermography, both women are following their callings. They offer full body thermography and breast thermography scans. Medical thermography is FDA-cleared for breast screening, thyroid pathology, cerebrovascular screening, peripheral vascular disorders and neuromuscular conditions.
At an initial visit, Jennifer and Meagan focus on creating a warm, welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable and informed. They take time to explain the process, answer questions and connect with everyone.
While thermography is an adjunctive screening and does not replace mammograms, ultrasounds, MRIs or other anatomical tests, it has the advantage of not needing a referral, no radiation or compression, private screening. Appointments can be scheduled by phone or online. And a thermography scan gives a snapshot of what the body may be communicating. Whether used for early detection, wellness tracking or preventive care, it can be a powerful tool within a proactive health strategy.

Afterretiring from her consulting firm, Wendy Morgan began helping retreat leaders find and coordinate venues in Europe. Through that work, she realized there were far fewer intentional, retreat friendly spaces in the United States than people expected. She had also come to value the impact of experiencing different healing modalities and the importance of simple, genuine community. Mandala House grew out of wanting to create a space where both of those can happen naturally.
Mandala House is a serene, nature-embraced sanctuary located just outside Pensacola that hosts retreats, workshops, gatherings and private events like family reunions and intimate weddings. There are optional wellness and creative experiences offered such as yoga, breathwork, meditation, sound sessions, ecstatic dance and more. Meals, accommodations and help coordinating additional experiences, from chefs to artists to unique workshops, is also available.
With space for up to 36 guests, the 8,400-square-foot home features nine bedrooms, six bathrooms, and several purpose-built common areas designed for sessions, ceremonies and sacred circles. Cozy gathering spaces— both indoors and out—create inviting environments where meaningful experiences can unfold.
Mandala House sits in a unique space between a simple venue and a traditional wellness provider. The team collaborates closely with retreat leaders to bring their vision to life and can curate experiences whenever support is needed. With a community of practitioners, creatives and healers, nearly anything a retreat leader imagines can be made possible.
While many retreats at Mandala House center on personal growth, healing, creativity or connection, the space itself places no limits on what kind of work can unfold there.
Morgan is inspired by what happens when people are given the right environment. Guests often arrive stressed or disconnected, and before long, they soften, open up and begin to connect. Clarity emerges, friendships form and often continue long after people leave Mandala House.

Lenzy uses a variety of modalities based on the original Ericksonian hypnotherapy combined with hypnotic regression (childhood and PLR) if requested, Parts Therapy and somatic guided imagery. In addition, TRUCETALK is Lenzy’s advanced neuromeditation hypnosis system to induce whole-brain processing of subliminal affirmations using the science of brainwave entrainment. This array of tools and techniques gently guides each client to their desired favorable outcome and brings about long-term changes toward personal change and development.
The first visit with Lenzy involves a thorough intake to set the tone for success through open and honest communication. He believes that proper understanding leads to proper expectations and can plant the seeds for success. Together, Lenzy says, he and his client progress through the session “as fast as the client’s mind allows us to travel.”
Hypnotherapy practitioners must follow rules and regulations in their advertising and claims, for example, they cannot use the words “heal” or “cure,” but Lenzy personally believes that everyone has the power within to heal. He does ask clients, “What do you believe?” and does an intake to ensure that his clients do not have physiological causes to their issues that may need medical treatment.
Transformative experiences are expected during hypnotherapy sessions. It may be small or large, but it occurs shortly after the session begins. But Lenzy wants people to understand that hypnosis is not a panacea and that at no point is there a loss of control. Clients are conscious and communicative the entire time.
Clinical Hypnotherapy is highly personalized. By meeting people where they are—on the edge of fear, in the depths of anxiety, beneath the weight of grief, stumbling through trauma or trapped by anger—Lenzy believes there is a way through and beyond.
