Artist Biographies
Austin Colby is anAmerican actor originally from Richmond, Virginia He was most recently seen starring asTom Buchanan in The Great Gatsby on Broadway, in which he made his Broadway debut in the original cast in 2024. Before making his way to Broadway, Colby appeared Off-Broadway as Bob Gaudio in Jersey Boys and toured nationally as Hans in Disney’s Frozen and Rolf in The Sound of Music. His regional credits include starring roles in the world premiere of the musical Come Fall in Love atThe Old Globe in San Diego, West Side Story at SignatureTheatre in Washington, D C , and Smokey Joe’s Café atArena Stage He also can be seen on screen in the newA24/Peacock Series “Crystal Lake,” Ryan Murphy’s “The Beauty,” as well as oppositeAlicia Silverstone in the film “Pretty Thing” and Hallmark’s “Sisterhood, Inc ”Agraduate of James Madison University with a background in music education, Colby’s path to the stage grew out of a love for singing and storytelling. His favorite role, though, is playing husband to Broadway star Caroline Bowman.
Caroline Bowman is a Broadway actress known for her powerful vocals and captivating stage presence, particularly in roles like Elsa in Frozen the musical, Eva Perón in Evita and Elphaba in Wicked. In January 2025, she made her debut as Norma Desmond in the new Sunset BLVD Broadway revival to a sold-out NYC crowd at the St. JamesTheatre. She then went on to originate the role of Karen Cartwright in Broadway’s SMASH For five years, she played Elsa in Disney’s Frozen North American tour, playing more than 1,000 performances to rave reviews She also was a part of theTony and GrammyAwardwinning original Broadway opening and closing cast of Kinky
Boots. She has performed all around the world in productions of Spamalot (Lady of the Lake), Grease (Rizzo) and Fame (Carmen), to name a few Bowman has been nominated for the prestigious Helen HayesAwards in Washington, D.C., for her role as Eva Perón in Evita and the narrator in Joseph and theAmazingTechnicolor Dreamcoat. Her voice can be heard on multiple original cast albums including SMASH, Kinky Boots, Bubble Boy, “I Can’t LoseYou” Frozen single, and more! She holds a bachelor’s degree in musical theatre from Penn State University and was one of 10 individuals to receive the 2014 Penn StateAlumni AchievementAward. She is originally from Howard County, Maryland.
Benjamin Rauhala (music director) is one of the Broadway community’s most trusted music directors and collaborators He is the music supervisor, co-creator, and “Fairy Godfairy” of Disney Princess -The Concert, which has been thrilling audiences globally since 2021. Rauhala has toured the world since 2014 as the music director for Jeremy Jordan, theTonyAwardnominated star of Broadway’s Newsies, and in 2020, he was named “Best Musical Director” at the Broadway World CabaretAwards He worked as a vocal coach on Disney’s animated film Wish, as an arranger on the opening numbers of the 2022 and 2023TonyAwards, as well as the 2023 BAFTA FilmAwards all withAcademyAward winnerAriana DeBose, who he has collaborated closely with since 2012. Most recently seen conducting Titanique in NewYork City, his Broadway credits include Fiddler on the Roof,American Psycho, and Pippin. Off-Broadway he also worked on Hit List, Duncan Sheik’sThe Secret Life of Bees andAlice by Heart, and David Bryne’s Joan ofArc: IntoThe Fire. He has performed with the Boston Pops, National Symphony Orchestra,Tokyo Philharmonic, Orchestra, Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra, L A Phil (at the Hollywood Bowl), and Firdaus Orchestra.
