Load Weight Limits
Maximum manual load: Our team can hand-load up to 250kg per order for safety reasons. Orders over 250 kg: If your order exceeds this weight and you’re willing and able to assist, we’ll gladly work together to complete the loading.
Customer assistance: By assisting, you confirm you are fit to do so and understand our products can be heavy. Our team may refuse assistance if it is deemed unsafe.
Vehicle Load Safety
Legal payload limits: We cannot load your vehicle above its legal carrying capacity for your safety and the safety of others on the road.
Overloaded vehicles: If your order exceeds what your vehicle or trailer can safely carry, please speak with our team about delivery options.
Driver responsibility: Every vehicle and trailer has a maximum legal load limit, including passengers, luggage, tools, and existing items. It is the driver’s responsibility to ensure they do not exceed this safe carrying capacity.
