PR100 DESCRIPTION Grants PR100 Primer is a fast-drying water based acrylic primer. Used for porous and non-porous substrates such as existing tiles, Vinyl and carpet and vinyl adhesive residue. Can be used over old water based paints (not to be used over oil based paints).
