Make sure you have the base with the holes facing downwards or else the feet won’t be able to screw in.

Tip from one friend to another: You may feel as though the foot isn’t connecting to the base. Use 1 hand to apply pressure to the support base while firmly twisting the plastic foot with your other hand. C
