MAY 2, 2026 GENERAL ELECTION & SPECIAL ELECTION NOTICE The City of Nassau Bay will hold a General Election and Special Election on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at Nassau Bay City Hall. Voters will elect City Council members and consider the following local sales tax proposition. Special Election – Proposition A “FOR” or “AGAINST” THE REAUTHORIZATION OF THE CITY OF NASSAU BAY’S EXISTING LOCAL SALES AND USE TAX AT THE RATE OF ONE-FOURTH OF ONE PERCENT (0.25%) TO CONTINUE PROVIDING REVENUE FOR THE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF EXISTING MUNICIPAL STREETS. Hop on over to David Braun Park for The City of Nassau Bay's annual Easter in the Park! We will have thousands of eggs, a petting zoo, a balloon artist, face paint artist, a guessing game, fun music with our local DJ, and of course, our Easter Bunny visit! Come dance and get a picture with him!

To vote, you must be a registered voter. The voter registration deadline is April 2, 2026. Additional election information, notices, and candidate information will be posted on the City website at www.nassaubay.com or by contacting the City Secretary’s Office at 281-333-4211.
