CONGRATULATIONS ROSS PATRICK ON YOUR RETIREMENT AFTER 32 YEARS OF DEDICATED SERVICE WITH THE CITY! As a Water and Wastewater Senior Operator, you have ensured Water and Wastewater Operations for the residents of Nassau Bay. Since 1994, you have seen and ridden out every Hurricane and Tropical Storm that has hit the Gulf Coast and impacted our city. Through long days and sleepless nights, you have helped bring city services back to the State of Texas Standards and ensure safe drinking water for the residents. Your professionalism and willingness to help your fellow co-workers will be missed dearly by the staff. “ I have worked with Ross for almost 16 years and will miss his sense of humor, smiling, and overall good outlook on life. I chose this cover picture of Ross at his wastewater plant, smiling at something he enjoyed. I wish him the best in his retirement, and health, and we will miss him laughing and joking.”– City Manager Paul Lopez
