Publication of the 2021 Lecture by Martin Weiss, Ambassador of Austria to the United States (2019-2022) with an introduction by Clemens Sedmak, Professor of Social Ethics and Director of the Nanovic Institute for European Studies University of Notre Dame. The lecture was part of a symposium titled “The U.S.-Austria Peace Treaty at 100: Historical, Political, and Moral Perspectives” at the Snite Museum of Art at the University of Notre Dame on Monday, August 23, 2021, facilitated by the Nanovic Institute for European Studies, Keough School of Global Affairs, University of Notre Dame, and sponsored by the Botstiber Institute for Austrian-American Studies.
